Meet Joanna Grogan

Level 7 Dyslexia Assessor with 25 Years’ Education Experience

With over 25 years’ experience in education, including many years as a SENCO and SEND leader, Joanna brings a strong understanding of how children and young people learn and the barriers they may experience.

As a qualified Level 7 dyslexia assessor with an Assessment Practising Certificate (APC) and AMBDA, she provides thoughtful, neuroaffirming assessments and specialist teaching for learners aged 8–18.

Her approach is warm, supportive and practical — helping families understand a learner’s individual profile, recognise their strengths and know what will genuinely help them move forward.
